What to Expect:
We check in. We talk. We actually listen.
Each month rotates between Adelfa and Angela facilitating and sometimes with a guest speaker, other times a guided activity, and sometimes we just exist in the room together. Snacks and drinks are provided. Seats are small by design.
❋ Intentional StructureWe blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect so the experience feels both focused and fluid and connecting with community remains fun and easy.
❋ Collaborative EnergyConnection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself. All you have to do is show up as you are!
❋ Expert FacilitationLed by experienced guides, Adelfa Marr and Angela Powe from Equality Yoga, who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

We created this space out of the love we feel when we’re in a room full of amazing women and we want to create that for our community. A safe space for women to meet each month, connect with one another, be held, feel seen, and most of all, just exist and be led. Come meet new friends, come hang out, come create, come learn, come be with other women.
