A live, small-group integration experience.

The Integration Lab

The Integration Lab is a live, small-group experience for people who are ready to actively integrate what they know into how they live, work, and make decisions. Over the past decade, I’ve supported people through periods of transition, growth, and recalibration, working with individuals across leadership, creative, and everyday life contexts, from those holding significant responsibility to those navigating personal change outside formal titles.

The Integration Lab is designed for people who have built awareness, gathered insight, and developed perspective and are now at a point where that understanding is ready to be applied in real life. This work is informed by formal training in breathwork, meditation, yoga, and holistic health, alongside years of client experience. Everything is applied through a personal, contextual, and practical lens, shaped by the realities of daily life rather than idealized routines.

From the first session, participants begin integrating immediately. The Lab functions as a working space to test, refine, and stabilize change through lived experience, supporting clarity, discernment, and forward movement as they unfold. The Integration Lab runs three cohorts per year, with limited enrollment to preserve depth, attention, and quality.

How the Lab works

The Integration Lab unfolds over four core weeks, followed by a closing integration check-in. Integration begins immediately. From Week One, participants actively apply insight in daily life and refine through real-time experience between sessions. Note: All sessions will be recorded and sent out for you to download and rewatch whenever needed.

Each 90-minute session includes:

  • Guided integration work or focused teaching

  • Group dialogue and reflection

  • Live Q&A and individualized support

Live virtual sessions are on Thursdays, 6:00–7:30 PM Central / 7:00–8:30 PM EST /  4:00–5:30 PM PST

Session dates:

  • March 26, April 2, April 9, April 16, April 30 (integration check-in and refinement)
